In 2003, one of the founding partners started a small handyman business based on 3 important fundamental principles that would later become the “Cornerstone” of our business. Those principles were simple. Be available when clients call, be able to provide them with the services they needed at the best possible price with the best possible knowledge and craftsmanship as quickly as possible and lastly take pride in everything we do.
These principles helped grow our business from just one dedicated young 18 year old handyman doing small jobs, to a very successful residential remodeling business. We continued to grow over the past 15 years servicing hundreds of clients and becoming one of the top kitchen and bathroom remodeling company’s in the Baltimore County area.
In 2020, during the height of COVID-19 when businesses were closing down daily and clients didn’t want us in their homes anymore. Cornerstone Commercial Services as we know it today was birthed. The now CEO, a longtime childhood friend, had just retired from the military. He was looking for his next adventure to sink his feet into. While our Founder and COO was looking to see who he could throw his shoes at, ready to throw in the towel and walk away from it all. Instead they joined forces and rebranded the company with the new name and image, Cornerstone Commercial Services.
CCS now focuses only on commercial remodeling. Providing clients such as Amazon, AT&T, Walgreens, Exxon, and many other businesses small and large with excellent services still based off of those key principles we were founded on 20 years ago. Our office is located in Baltimore County, MD. We service clients from the east coast to the west coast including some in Hawaii.

We are truly the one stop shop in the commercial construction industry. From ongoing maintenance for your existing building to tenant fit-outs to complete renovations.
